Thomas Alexander Stauch
Thomas Alexander Stauch, an Associate Attorney at Sharova Law Firm, holds a Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law, where he was a Founders Scholarship recipient, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with a minor in American Government. He distinguished himself early in his career, being an active member of the Moot Court and winning the Prince Memorial Evidence Competition at Brooklyn Law School.
His experience includes significant roles with the NYC Administration for Children’s Services and the NYC Human Resources Administration, where he represented the Commissioner of Children’s Services and the Commissioner of Social Services, respectively. His work in prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases in Bronx County Family Court has underscored his commitment to public service and legal excellence. Mr. Stauch’s background also includes prosecutorial experience at the Bedford County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office in Virginia, where he handled a range of criminal cases.
