He has a passion for criminal defense work as well as family law. He began his career as a Legal Aid Attorney, fighting for those unable to afford criminal defense. He quickly transitioned into Family and Matrimonial law utilizing his criminal law courtroom experience as a stepping stone.

 

Originally from upstate New York, Mr. Kaser has spent the past twelve years making New York City his home. When he is not practicing law, Mr. Kaser enjoys riding his bike, hiking and learning to play new instruments.
